I’m new to selling on here. I decided to sell a few antiques I inherited when my father passed away . I put a “buy now” option , as well as a “bid” option. 2 buyers bid on my item. 1 buyer had over 300 positive feedback, and was outbid by a buyer with 2 negative feedback’s that say he is a scam and does not pay and sent a message to pay outside of eBay . I know this is a scam . I re listed the item but still have this item in my “sold” items and no option to cancel my item for the reason listed . The options available are not related to my reasoning for the cancellation. How do I cancel with the correct reason on why I want to cancel this sell ?

Has this person paid, and have they submitted a valid ship- to address?

The reason I ask, is until that person PROVES to be a scammer, they are still a buyer. You are acting under an assumption. I agree with you that it doesn't look stellar, but if that person pays and gives you a valid address you should be shipping.
If they don't pay, let it time out and THEN cancel due to nonpayment. You cancel now, you will likely be dinged if you aren't correct.

You really need to read up on eBay's selling policies and procedures.
Don't relist sold items until you've dealt with the original transaction.
The auction you're referring to just ended today, right? eBay gives buyers 96 hours/four days to pay for a transaction. After the given time period has lapsed, you'll see an option to cancel because the "buyer didn't pay." Then you can relist, and your fees will be refunded.
Just don't list/sell anything else until you've actually learned how to do it, or you could find yourself in a real bind. There are help pages galore, and all kinds of links everywhere on this website to explain eBay's selling policies and procedures. I'll get you started with this one:

The reason you can't cancel and it still says " sold" is that you officially still have that item in an active transaction. You made a mess for yourself.

There is no such thing as a buyer with two negative feedbacks unless he also sells under the same ID. Sellers aren't allowed to give buyers any FB except positive. That buyer should have reported those feedbacks to eBay. All of us have to operate within the rules.

It showed a positive + sign under feedbacks , but the 2 comments were negative. It even said 100% positive feedback . So I clicked on it to read what the sellers said and both said this buyer does not pay and tries to pay outside of feedback. One comment said they sent 5 invoices and never received payment.

Don't bother sending invoices. Just wait out the 4 full days (i.e., 96 hours) and then the list of reasons for canceling the transaction will include "Buyer didn't pay."

Firstly, I would suggest you immediately end the Yemeni dagger listing before it gets any bids or a buyer.
If the person who won your auction on the dagger decides to pay within the allotted timeframe, but in the meantime you have bids on the relisted auction, you may incur a defect for cancelling either the paid transaction or the current auction.
However, if the winning bidder on the sold dagger fails to pay within 4 days, you have a legitimate reason to cancel the transaction.
After the transaction has been cancelled due to non-payment, you have the option of offering the item to the second-highest bidder.

Thank you ! I wasn’t sure how to do that !

Your "correct" reason is not on the list because it's not a 'valid' reason.
At this point, I would suggest that you end the new listing... it will be problematic if it sells again. Regarding the order you're concerned about, cancel it on Day 5 (even 96 hours and one second) after the auction ended if you still haven't been paid... 'Buyer didn't pay' is a valid reason to cancel, and you'll be able to relist it then.

You will get a defect for each cancellation that you chose if it is not Per Buyer's Request or Problem with buyer's address.
You need to let the auctions run their course and if a bidder does not pay, then you cancel transaction due to nonpayment. You get your FVF credited and can relist.

A seller might get a defect point if they cancel a transaction; but there's no defect given for ending an auction early.
IMHO it's OK to relist the item if the seller is 100% sure that the original auction winner is a scammer, and in this case there's evidence for that.

Apparently, sellers gave negative comments about the buyer which we are not allowed to do. And it sounds like the sellers were really mad and left comments as such which eBay can remove those negative comments even with a "+" sign. Did you google the address to see where it is going? If a buyer paid for something I suggest mailing it with tracking with a signature confirmation not electronically but written. Canceling a sale or some sales will hurt you in future selling or get banned. Because you are a rather new seller you may get a bad sale sometimes which we have all been there. I always suggest sellers to start out selling inexpensive items before selling the "big boy" items. I notice you don't take returns. I only suggest, my own opinion, you do returns at least where buyer pays for return shipping. I haven't gotten any returns after posting returns. You may decide to want to sell a lot more stuff in the future...not just a few things to note...my own opinions.
