I have an item listed under "GLASSWARE" and the price is $42.50 If you put the description in the search engine another one pops up and the price is $79.00 and there are 24 "Watchers", then when you scroll down there is another one for $68.00 and no "Watcher" and then scroll all the way to the end of the items listings and mine doesn't show at all??? I checked all 3 and they all have the same entry in the "Item Description" and they all have the same category selected??? I have looked at all 3 entries and there is no explanation why the first item has 24 "Watchers" and another one that is asking less has no "Watchers" and my item that is $36.50 less than the highest price doesn't show at all??? bubba

As for that, your return policy contradicts eBay's return policy - if you take returns, you take returns for buyer's remorse, as well. I doesn't matter how mad you get over it or how long you've sold here, that's the way it is on this site.
But, I don't think it has much to do with watchers, anyway. I always wonder why someone will sell the same brand I do for twice as much - who knows - because it's eBay, because the month starts with a Q and the moon is blue? I don't really even pay much attention to watchers - I've seen stuff run for two months with 15-20 watchers - half of them have probably forgotten they even put the item on their watch list.

Maybe you have been here for 22 years, but you still don't seem to understand what offering a return policy covers. You do have to allow for remorse, which is basically what a return policy is for. Stating in your description that you do not allow remorse returns is contrary to your return policy. A no return policy means you can deny a remorse return.
Of course if an item is not as described it is covered by ebay's MBG return policy and can be returned regardless of your return policy or lack of one. This is completely separate from your return policy.

I think @vintage-car-magazines has hit the nail on the head. Have you noticed it with other covert listings?

Check to see if your listings are even showing. I have over 150 listings, many with multiple variations. I get between 30-200 orders a day. I couldn't figure out why some days there were no orders so I went into my store & clicked on items for sale & it shows 0.
This has happened at least 4 times that I know of. I email customer service & get a form letter type response. No explanation why this keeps happening, what is being done to prevent it in the future & just what they are going to do to make up for my lost sales. I get nothing back from them. then slowly, my listings start populating 1 at a time.
I am more than concerned. They can't manage to get my listings to show & now they want to manage my money as well with Mananged Payments?!?! I am losing any confidence I had with EBay right now.

It could also be their following. those watchers have interest in their stuff. Someone they’ve bought from before and had good experiences with.
