Can someone please provide me the ebay help number so i can request a callback to get help?
My chat bot assistant has been frozen and not working for months now and every link for the callback number just leads to the main help page on ebay which is no help at all as we know.
i just really need to request a callback so i can get help, very asinine that help is this hard to get with ebay...

There is no ebay help number - hasn't been since covid. Other than posting your concern/issue here, I'd suggest contacting ebay through facebook or X. Those reps are much more astute and helpful than what you'll get through this site.

i just used the help number 2 or 3 weeks ago, its a callback you request as a seller. it did exist after covid because i never used ebay until after covid
i dont have social media i dont use that stuff.
i got charged 18 dollars for media mail so i cant get that kind of help here.
the chat bot is frozen and has been broke for months so i cant go anywhere with it
i dont have a clue how to go about contacting anyone who can help me with a payment issue
the callback number just says to go to the ebay seller help page which has no help on it either.

In the chat bot, type "agent". It will ask if you want to chat online with an agent or if you'd like a phone call. Choose phone call. They WILL call you back promptly and their agents really are helpful. If you happen to get one not interested, ask to speak with one of their managers in the department of your inquiry. It will probably mean that they have to call you back again, but indeed they will!

From the SELLER HUB click on HELP & CONTACT (at top of page) and type word "callback" and follow steps. EBAY customer service rep will call you back.
If your callback phone is a cellphone, make sure you turn off "block unknown caller" (otherwise EBAY cannot get in touch with you).
Or you can just ask your question here as there are many professional sellers who could answer your question immediately.

No the callback search just leads back to the main help page on the front, my answer cannot be fixed by a seller as its a charge on my account that is a mistake.

Try this: Go to your unsold listings page https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/ended?status=UNSOLD_NOT_RELISTED Then, click the ? in the lower right-hand corner of the page. This is what I see when I do this, and the option to request a callback is there without having to deal with the chatbot.

If it was that Grainger catalog, I don't think catalogs qualify for Media Mail.

no the catalog was media and went just fine, im a long time seller so its not some stupid new seller mistake type of thing.
its on a cd, it was charged like normal and everything was fine, then last night i get a random underpaid charge for 14.25 saying the cd weighed 19 pounds, which obviously it didnt.
they messed up somehow when weighing it, i guess usps is the ones to contact but man i really wish it wasnt such a hassle to get help. there should just be a number for sellers that instantly lets you talk to a real person and not some bot.

There is a direct "Have us call you" button on the Drafts page, but I think if your chatbot is frozen, this may be frozen too. At least that's what another member reported recently.
