I am located in the Philippines and bought an NBA card on ebay. It is now with customs and I am being charged roughly $300 in taxes. I posted the same card and sold it on Ebay because I need funds asap but the problem is, Ebay says it estimates to release the money by December 29, my guess is that when the item arrives to the buyer, and that I have to ship it by October 15. The problem is, how do I get the card from customs when I am a bit tight with cash at the moment, and even if I get it, it would take a long time before the funds clear? Is there any workaround for this?

Ya you are.
Something else to remember, if you don't pay customs and the card is returned, the seller doesn't have to refund.

Another to mention is if you don't pay the customs fees and the card goes back to the seller they do not have to refund you.

You paid $700. for something and then listed it with a buy it now of $700.00?
