I ask on the Home/garden board but there are few sellers participating. I have tried to use Bales, Balis, Babs and done a image match and I am unable to find anything. Anyone know this maker ?

LOL, that's what usually happens, isn't it?
It wasn't much work though- I just looked up the UPC which is something the OP didn't think of. Once I had the maker I did a quick search and found the name of the second piece.
