Please help! I am overwhelmed. I know this all things felt fishy from the beginning, but as many suggested I was trying to be a good seller.
I sold 2 brand new shaping slips to a buyer on 07/06 and 07/07, who didn't pay for days but sent me a weird message ""Hey, I'm going to pay tonight but if product is used and has been worn or has any effects from being worn then I will return product and/or contact eBay for my full refund." No, she didn't pay that day.
I didn't feel this quite right, so was here asking advices from others, meanwhile the buyer hadn't paid for either item and I had to file unpaid item, hoping could cancel the transactions should she never paid.
She paid the day before I could cancel the transactions. I sent items out with tracking number. The package was delivered today. Buyer left good feedback. But, but, but, I could just sense something not right from the beginning, she filed chargeback in PayPal, they pulled the money right out.
Item 381951354276 & item 381951345456
Tracking # 9400109699939107124388
What should I do? I have a feeling this is not a mistake, this is all planned.

The buyer cannot pull any money out of PayPal. What happened is PayPal put a hold on the money she paid until the issue is solved.
All you need to do is enter the tracking number in the resolution center. Then call PayPal and have them close the case in your favor.

What reason was given for the chargeback. And was it actually a chargeback through her credit card company within Paypal or was it just a Paypal dispute?

What was the reason given from paypal? The majority of the time is unauthorized transaction what did paypal say it was?

You need to contact paypal and find out the reason for chargeback so you can fight it. They should have supplied this in an email. I'd also contact the buyer and inquire as to her reason for chargeback considering she left positive feedback.
With the text of her message about saying she'd be returning product or expect a full refund, I'd have never shipped to her! Those were huge red flags! (Always trust your spidey senses) That's a moot point now.

You need to remove her name from the post. If it's too late to edit, self report for naming and a mod will remove it for you.
As for your problem, what kind of case did the buyer open in PayPal? If it was a Item Not Received case you would have been prompted to put in the tracking information which would have shown delivery confirmation.
If it was a SNAD I don't really know the process involved in a PayPal dispute but others will know, if I had to guess similar to eBay they would have to confirm return of the product, but I could be wrong.
Good luck.

You might also consider contacting those other 3 sellers and see what their experience was, you could really be helping them out. The FB comments made me chuckle... LOVE the quality, LOVE the price.
BWAHAHAHAHAHA I just bet they do love the price.

Provide Paypal with delivery confirmation and it is over. She got the item. If she wants to return, you will give hte refund upon receipt of the item back in same condition as sent. Repeat that over and over. Paypal will NOT let her diddle around indefinitely - she will have to return it in a specific time frame or will lose. Go to Paypal and shoe delivery confirmation.

She filed "unauthorized transaction" in PayPal.
I did ship to the confirmed address in the PayPal account.
Yes, I was considering cancel the transactions when got that message, but a lot of people here told me not to do it, it would impact my seller's performance rating.

Easiest Chargeback to win. Upload the tracking number showing delivered and then call Paypal and ask them to close in your favor. Paypal will get pegged for the charges, not you. Believe me, if she pulls this thing a couple times, she's going to lose her Paypal account... PERMANENTLY and forever. As in a lifetime ban.

i don't want to say so, but...
personally, I would cancle with the "buyer changed mind" ..and not think twice about it....
you know with a statement like that...there will be an ISSUE, later... bet on it.
and yes i know i have said i would do something not nice and not exactly right..BUT I've learned the hard way...and I'll live with myself.

You just call up paypal and give them the tracking number and the refund will be on them.....

I'm not sure how to handle an unathorized transaction, but I've seen posts here that say that they should side with you so long as you provide proof that the item in question was sent to the address on file on the PayPal account, not sure, maybe someone else can clarify how that works.
As for cancelling, you would have gotten a defect or been reported by the buyer if they didn't request a cancellation or if there wasn't any legitimate address issues, filing a payment not received case was a good move on your part.
Thus far I don't really see anything that you did wrong. Seems like an obvious case to me, but there might be more to it, I would call PP CS and talk to the fraud department about it, just in case.

So she sent you ebay messages asserting in advance that she'd be wanting monies back and all of a sudden it's an unauthorized transaction! Yeah, right!! Phone paypal and ask them what you need to do to prove otherwise. If the transaction said you had seller protection and was 'Ok to Ship', you should be covered.
Also, report the buyer to ebay if they still have the 'report a buyer' link within the transaction. Your buyer is trying to pull a fast one. This is fraud.
Don't forget to BBL.

Unauthorized transactions are a slam dunk for a seller. All you need is PROOF OF SHIPPING to the address on the Paypal payment. That's it.
Upload the tracking number and copy and paste all the information into the case. Yes, I know the number is there. Enter it again along with the c&p information into the reply area. Send it in. Call Paypal and have them close out your case IN YOUR FAVOR while you are on the phone. (I never call and they always close in my favor in a few days)
Your buyer apparently has lost her Ebay MBG privileges and may have lost them with Paypal, too. Paypal cannot turn down a CC chargeback.
