Hi
I have problem with buyer madam from Italy. She bought notebook from which was perfectly fully working I had picture and was perfetcly packed. I send it and today she opened return request that notebook is not working and is damage.
1, It is not true that it was damaged when I sent it
2, It was in For Parts or not working because on the laptop has been repaired motherboard.
3, In description I had NO RETURNS.
She want full refund but she is not able to send normal photos of the notebook.
I think she just realised that it is lots of money which she paid and want them back.
But I am afraid also.
Can you please help me how to resolve this problem ?
Thank you

You might just as well accept the return and refund her now. As others will no doubt point out, "no returns" doesn't mean "no refunds".
As far as the eBay Money Back Guarantee is concerned, it's the word of that "poor, innocent, deceived" buyer against the word of that "lying, thieving, dishonest" seller and there is no documentation you can provide that will convince them otherwise.
Sorry you're about to lose out on your sale.

So my only choice is accept return ? and I have to pay shipping back to me, she can also totally destroyed my laptop and what I can do than ?
I am trying to persuade to close return request.

Delivery has been insuranced to 500€

Because of the buyer moneyback guarantee your no returns does not mean no refunds
So you have to refund if buyer filed their claim for 'item not as described within the 30 days of receiving the item.
And yes the buyer can no telling the truth .eBay does not require proof of claim
Buyer will be refunded However, with your no return policy there is a risk you are not going to get your item back

Selling on ebay is very tricky, Many people are bad and I have to lose my money because they realise that hups it was really much money I spent on ebay so I want it back , and maybe I should broke Item to make seller more hapier than he is.
what will happen if I will not accept return and case stay open ?
I have time till 18th august

Essentially correct. Your choices are accept the return, or allow eBay to accept it for you. Either way, it will be accepted. If eBay accepts it for you, you'll get a strike for them having to step in and they're not likely to require the buyer return it.
Be aware that once the tracking shows that you've received the item back (even if the buyer sent a box of rocks or something else), there will still be absolutely nothing you can provide eBay to document you received anything other than your original item.
As someone else is fond of pointing out, it's not a good idea to sell anything you're not prepared to lose both the item and the money on.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news... this is just how the MBG works.

It will close out in favour of the buyer, they will get the refund and get to keep your item as you gave them no way to return it.

Re: So my only choice is accept return ?
Correct
Re: And I have to pay shipping back to me.
Correct again
Re: she can also totally destroyed my laptop and what I can do than ?
Nothing
If you do not respond to return and do not provide a return label or money to buyer to send the item back then 0n 18th August your buyer can ask eBay to step in and it is almost certain that a refund will be issued to buyer and your account will be debited.
Buyer is then not required to send the item back.
This is worst scenario for you as you will not have your item back and no money as payment you received will be taken back from you.

I gave her accpted rerun with back my item maybe she will send it insted of rocks in box
08-13-2021 06:11 AM
Yes you issue a refund when you receive your item back.
08-13-2021 06:22 AM
Okay so I will wait until item will be with me

You can simply issue the refund and it is done, you do not have to accept the return if you do not want the notebook back.
"No Returns" on eaby actually means "No Remorse Returns."
Why they don't spell it out that way?

Accepted return and now she has time send it till 27th august.
