Have the tech issues been fixed? When will they be fixed? And what are they?

Items still not showing up? No views?  I think we need some transparency here to let us know what is going on.  When will this be fixed?

I have a 1st time brand new listing ending in 30 minutes and no matter how I search for it through "BEST MATCH ENDING SOONEST it is not showing, I have drilled down every possible way and it is just not there!

I've still got a listing that had all of its pictures removed.  The cover photo was restored, but none of the others were.  So that issue was never fully resolved.

The technical issues will be fixed when eBay hires new programmers who know what they are doing.  There are currently more glitches now than ever before.  The site is a mess and sales are tanking.

Since eBay technical support has zero activity in these boards that I'm aware of, wouldn't calling eBay directly with your concerns be a better bet? Pretty certain eBay IT also doesn't hang out in these boards.

The trap many of you fall for is the closed silo effect companies uses on you. This is a purposefully designed digital catch and kill where your concerns here aren't as public facing as a social media platform.  Here, your questions and concerns are buried from public view. 

Think of it as the new age/face of damage control. This isn't an opinion.

Ahhhh.....Have you ever tried calling Ebay?  Your call goes to a center in the Philippines, that is actually a third party vendor.   I had an issue once with one of my other stores that went on for 1 year.   I called every week, and they blamed my computer, my internet provider, etc etc.  So since this was affecting my customer service I put a disclaimer on every item I posted saying that there is a glitch with my site and ebay has not been able to fix it.

So the next time I made my call to ebay,  I told them since they can't fix it that I had put that disclaimer on all my items.....they read it and guess what?  It was an Ebay miracle!  It was fixed within 3 minutes.........

EBay MSO representatives are not tech support. It's not possible to speak with tech support on the phones. 

The best they can do (at least what they told me) is email the issues to the tech team.

Unfortunately, these new hires have to become familiar with a platform that is not only massive, it's incredibly unstable.

My Seller View Count and Watcher's list is so messed up right now.

I got 2 watchers on an item that got zero views. It also varies so much that one day it shows 0 view count than I get a random number of views then back to 0 view count.

I can't depend on it for tracking what item listings are attracting attention. Usually if something isn't I like to modify it (add more pics, etc...) to get more views.

Also sales have been unsually slow for me since late May.

Rather it seems when eBay has tech issues or is in the midst of a system upgrade 

my sales suffer.
