Has Anyone had a problem with Time Away?

Last week (Friday January 22) I posted that we would be away until January 30th. I have had several sales with no problem but I sold 2 small items on January 26th and now I'm seeing a Shipping - Past Due in red on these two items! How can I resolve this since I am unable to ship them until Monday February 1st? I am a Top Rated seller and a Power Seller so this is not my first rodeo. I have never had this problem in the10 years I've been a member of eBay.  Really looking for some input here!

No, fixed price. And the Time Away banner showed up on all of my listings and I made about 10 sales since setting the Time Away. There must be some glitch somewhere.

doesn't work for me.  I have to zero out inventory for each and every item anytime I need "time away" or "vacation" now.  I tried time away and eBay forgot the setting I did, saved, was on the list of scheduled time away, and then the saved scheduled time away disappeared during the time away range.  so... remember to zero out inventory instead of hoping "time away" will work.  or set time away but then still remember to zero out inventory because time away will be deleted at some point.  we need a "vacation" mode like amazon has.
