Hi Everyone,
I have looked all over Ebay and did a search on Google for how to change Handling Time on current items up. Following all suggestions, Ebay has seemed to remove this feature. When I click on an item page, towards the bottom under "Preferences", all that is listed now is "Location" and "Returns". Maybe I am missing it, and if I am, someone please point me in the right direction. I would have tried to reach Ebay CS but that seems to be out of service. Thanks.

It is now part of your policies:

Find a shipping policy and click the 3 dots then choose edit.

Hi Gator,
Thanks - I found it. They should have left it the way it was. The only reason I caught it was several of my items had the wrong handling time which I noticed after they were purchased. Golden Rule, never make a task harder - That's right, this is Ebay - never mind.

Actually, it makes things easier for sellers who have significant numbers of listings, and is very important to those of us who offer fixed price shipping when shipping costs change.
Shipping policies are one of the better Ebay features to have appeared

That's only if you use Business Policies? If you don't use Bus Policies, just go to Seller Hub & Bulk Edit it. In fact I just did them tonight. I don't use Bus Policies.
Go to SH>Active, click on the Edit Button, choose Edit All Listing, check mark the top box which will select all (totally redundant I know) & scroll down the Bulk Edit drop down to Handling Time, which is in the Delivery section & then click on Submit, in the bottom right corner. Keep in mind that you cannot edit listings that have active offers regardless of who initiated, so with SIO's now, you can't edit for 4 days!

I just use the Bulk Editor. It takes me all of about 1 minute to change the Handling time on all my listings. I just did this a couple days ago.
Just edit all your listings at the same time from your Active Listing page in the Seller hub. If you are unsure of using the Bulk Editor, just ask. One of us can give you more information.
