I am a seller andI do not have a store.  Is there a way to find out my shipping total that I paid for the year.

A store isn't necessary to get shipping totals and other pertinent information that you would need for filing income tax. 
You can find Reports under the Payments tab

I am not sure if you will access to EBAY reports but you can try.    Go to PAYMENTS, REPORTS (select year).  This is an "easy to read" 1-page report that shows YTD totals for (orders, refunds, EBAY fees, shipping expense).   

GROSS INCOME (this is the amount you report to IRS)

-Refunds

-EBAY fees

-Shipping expense

-Other expense (cost of goods, mileage, packing materials, office supplies)

NET TAXABLE INCOME

That would depend upon whether you paid for all your shipping through eBay or not.

Why do you think you have to have a store to get reports you need?  Millions and millions of sellers don't have stores.  You and your needs are just as important as a seller with a store.

Go to your Seller Hub.  It is full of information for you.
