Had to change handling times temporarily, how do I get guaranteed delivery back?

I'm new to guaranteed delivery. I was in GD for a few days, but I had to go away for a couple days so I had to change my handling time temporarily. Now that I've changed it back, I don't see GD on my listings anymore. How do I get it back?

Click Account then on the left Site Preferences then scroll down to Guaranteed Delivery and turn it back on. 

By the way how is that working for you? I had it for a few months and it killed my TRS status and my sales vanished. USPS doesnt guarantee delivery so I was getting dinged left and right.

But that was when they required immediate payment.
