Hacked accounts.

Can someone please help me get hackers out of my account? They have already destroyed my business once. I have been hacked for 3 years! I have went to the fbi and the local sheriffs dept and no one has done anything . I got all new everything and started over and here they come again! Can someone help me secure my account the simple change password account name email phone stuff don’t work .EBay needs to look into my account  and get them out of my stuff!

The first thing you should be doing is changing your passwords and use the 2 step verification so you don't get hacked again,  then read this link Get help with a hacked account | eBay

How do you know or why do you think you were hacked?

Are you saying that those listings aren't your own?

Would you please give us more information.  Exactly what are these hackers doing to your account?  Have you notified Ebay?  Ebay would not allow a hacker to access your account for 3 years, they would have stopped that a long time ago.  So please tell us more as there seems to be much we do not know.

Are you using a smart phone, or an unsecured connection to the internet? 

Do you download a lot of apps?  

So many questions to find an answer.

That sounds really frustrating, I'm so sorry you've had to deal with this for so long. Have you tried contacting eBay through their Account Security team directly? Also, make sure you're using a completely new email (not just password) and enabling 2 - step verification.

It's my belief half of the hacked accounts are due to teenagers in the home.

do you have any virus/key logger protections on your computer?  Have  you  run a scan on your computer?

Ebay can't cure a problem if your computer is compromised/hacked.

You really went to the FBI?? Do you call them when someone cuts you off in traffic too?  Gave me a good laugh with my morning coffee.  How about doing the 2 step log on like someone already suggested.  Called the FBI, that's a good one!

What makes you think your account is getting hacked?

If you're getting hacked that many times, it's probably something on your end causing it.

Never mind. I found their listings going using advance search. (Couldn't find their listings going thru here)

Wonder if they are blaming hacking on lack of sales?

I would think that if their account has been hacked for past 3 years, that they wouldn't be listing anything. I know I sure would not be selling on this/any platform if my account was compromised till it was cleared up. 

Think maybe something is just a little off with this and we are not privy to some information that has not been given us.
