HOW TO KNOW IF EBAY VERIFIED MY ISR? TAXES

Hi, i sent my ISR since March and i tought everything was ok, but just this month started the WITHHELD TAX and they are deducting too much (im from Mexico) like if im not verified, dont know why as my info is correct, and cant find a way to contact them or know what is happening, hope someone can help !

ebay does not withhold tax

Not being familiar with the tax laws of your country, I'm not sure what the "ISR" is or what you mean by "WITHHELD TAX."  You will probably need to talk to a tax professional in your country.  Are you referring to income tax owed to your country by you or some sort of sales or added value tax owed by the buyers of goods that you sell?

Yo estoy igual, es como si mi RFC o TAX ID, no estuviera verificado. Y si es una lana que te bajen el 20%

In Mexico, all individuals or corporations must file a monthly Impuesto sobre la renta (ISR) declaration report.  You must present the IRS declaration report for each month on or before the seventeenth day of the following month

Estoy exactamente en la misma situacion, proporcione mi RFC con homoclave verificado ante el SAT desde marzo y aun asi Ebay a partir de este 1 de julio empezo con las retenciones de ISR e IVA con tasa de 20% y 16% respectivamente, es totalmente injusto, ademas si leen por ahi dice que retenciones hechas jamas devueltas asi tengamos la verificacion del RFC en un tiempo, aparte no se si les pasa que en unos articulos si hacen la retencion del impuesto y en otros no me la hicieron. Hagamos frente comun para que no se siga cometiendo tal atropello. Saludos

Misma situación. Desde que comenzó julio me están reteniendo el 20%. Y tengo RFC válido en el sistema desde hace meses. Estoy en chat desde hacer horas y nadie me ha podido resolver.

Hola soy de Mexico tambien y estoy en la misma situación ... A mi nombre de la cuenta le faltaba mi segundo apellido. Le pedí a Payoneer que haga el cambio y ya esta reflejado en Ebay. Estoy casi seguro que no han verificado nada. Yo los estoy twiteando les recomiendo hagan lo mismo para que metamos presión

También estoy mandando E mails a gente de Ebay Mexico. La persona encargada de verificar los RFC´s no es alguien de customer care , es muy probable que sea alguien ligado a Mexico ...

A mi me escribieron desde EBay y me dijeron que el RFC lo tiene que verificar primero Payoneer, que deberia primero agregar mi RFC a Payoneer, ellos verifican con el SAT y despues ellos avisan a Ebay. Pero es hora que NO he encontrado como agregar mi RFC a mi cuenta de Payoneer. Si alguien lo logra avisen por favor. Hagamos presion, es un abuso 20% de ISR. Saludos

Te lo mandaron mal o probablemente entendiste mal. Payoneer no verifica RFC ni pide RFC. Lo que te esta pidiendo Ebay es que la información que tienes en tu cedula fiscal haga match perfecto con la información que tienes en Payoner : Nombre tiene que ser mismo , dirección fiscal tiene que ser la misma. Lo unico que tu puedes cambiar desde Ebay es tu RFC

Qué bien, podrías proporcionarnos las cuentas a las que estás enviando los correos? Para hacer lo mismo.

ebay does not withhold tax

Other than collecting sales tax and some other taxes if you utilize the GSP for US sellers you would be correct. However, the OP is in Mexico and there may be different laws and policies.
