Since we switched over from PayPal to managed payments, I canno longer figure out where to initiate a partial refund to a customer. I see hints that such a method exists, but I can't find it. HELP, please.

@willrossmanllc easy, just click on the drop down menu next to the sold item then click on 'send refund'
