HELP, COLLECTING DATA! Looking to compile data on service metrics, SNAD return rates

Hello, I've been reading through a lot of threads regarding people's difficulties with Ebay's service metrics and all of the negativities resulting from having a "very high" SNAD return rate. I've made another thread related to this and am not looking to discuss the rights and wrongs, thoughts and opinions, what "peer" means and where it comes from, ect. There's plenty of that already.

In short, I don't like how Ebay does not disclose any information regarding what "average" "high" or "very high" means, how these are calculated relative to the "peer" benchmark, and what the threshold values are for each bracket. I would like as many people to post their service metric data as possible so that we may get a rough idea of where the brackets are set, the formula used to set "high" and "very high" relative to the "peer" value, and so at the very least the data is available and referenceable. Thank you to those who submit!

Please format the post as such:

1. Product category

2. "Peer" percentage

3. Your current percentage -  whether it is "average" "high" "very high"
