Recently a buyer purchased two items from me. I shipped them within 24 hours. They were delivered
in a couple of days. The BUYER left me two NEUTRAL Feedback ratings due to USPS multiple (24)
shipping entries as it moved through the system to be delivered. This had nothing to do with me at all.
I sent him an email explaining this and he will not change my rating to POSITIVE. Can I get these two
neutrals removed by eBay? I know they are not Negatives, but still they are not fair or accurate in my opinion.
Any suggestions? Anyone else have this happen with sellers? Thank you.
Here is what he says is excessive entries:

You've already given this more of your time than it deserves. They'll fall off the front
page before anybody sees them. And the buyers that bother to look at your feedback won't care.

If you can actually contact someone at eBay I would have them review the Feedback that was left.
Ask eBay to expalin to you how the Feedback they left had anything to do with the purchase.
Don't try and give your reason why the Feedback was left, let eBay figure it out.
We have had Feedback removed when the information did not relate to the item purchased.
Don't waste your time with the Buyer at this point.
Good luck.

You can try to get the feedback removed (does Ebay even remove neutrals?) but in all honesty the feedback makes your buyer look like a flake. Anyone who looks at it will think the same. I wouldn't worry about it.
I'm sorry, but normal people don't complain about too many tracking scans on a package.

Crazy.
I would just leave them. They'll roll over to the next page soon enough.
You could respond with something like:
Buyer ordered 5/18; shipped 5/19; delivered 5/22 [or whatever the dates are]
But any response you make will just make them stand out more.

Most buyers won't even understand what the neutral feedbacks mean. I didn't until I read your posting. Doesn't affect your selling. It does give you the option of blocking this buyer in the future.
I don't do next day shipping. Never know what the weather will be like and sometimes I like to do absolutely nothing on the weekends. I am not working for anyone but myself and not for someone.

eBay does remove neutral feedback.
I had one removed when it was regarding the carrier and had nothing to do with the item purchased.
