I’m guessing the “Great News for Sellers” is coming “soon”.

Does anyone know the date or want to take a guess?

I’m going to say March 9th, but I’m kinda thinking March 2nd.

The new board is annoying, my eyes hurt and I have a headache now, so just trying to distract myself. 😩

The structured data support team told me that a change I requested to item specifics would roll out with the Spring Seller Update on May 11. If what they say is true- then we either have a few months to go, or we'll see another "Early Seller Update" this year coming in March.

I despise the new board format.

Now........I'm not sure there is going to be one............ They preannounced (not a word) the date last time.....which everyone liked....... I haven't seen anyone (blues) actually confirm there will be one....... perhaps it will just be them rolling out stuff.......and then we have to find the new stuff and ask about it.........

Yes the out of sync message numbers are irritating. That has been going on before this update for me.

@loveyourimagination49 I'm starting to think the announcement about the seller check in was just confusing and we've all been waiting around for nothing...at least this week. 🤣

Either way, it would be nice if someone from the @community_team could at least let us know if it was a misunderstanding, even if they can't give us an exact date.

I send in requests almost every week for small updates in different categories/sub-categories. Usually they're relatively quick to make changes. This one is weird that they said it will synch with the seller update.

To your above comment- I have made requests before that they move certain "recommended" specifics to the "additional" section. Really- a women's skirt- what percent of skirts out there will have characters on them? Character really needs to be recommended? It's ridiculous. My requests to move fields like that from recommended to additional have been met with, "It's not required so just ignore it." So infuriating- it's much easier to ignore when it doesn't make the listings show up in the "missing recommended IS" filter. Maybe if more people e-mailed them they would make changes like that.
