What is "Greenfood"?

You didn't provide much detail in you OP but if you are talking about some of the Superfood type powders it depends. There are numerous FDA laws that cover the sale of some of these types of products.

You may also want to check the Vero list on eBay. Some of the brands are covered by licensing seller agreements that you would have to meet.

Lettuce, parsley, kale, spinach... stuff like that.
(although, I'm not entirely certain kale qualifies as food)

Like the powder stuff on 'Discover the Greenfoods Difference?' Not without a lot of licensing and laws. And it might even be banned or a VERO product.

Plus, sorry, but duh, someone else sells it. Perhaps they would not appreciate if you sold it to too and cut their market.

FOOD is allowed. I don't think ebay cares what color it is.

Check expiration date first.

Yup, and you can sell redfood and yellowfood and bluefood and all sorts of colorfood here.

I’ve seen green M & M’s for sale on here. So, my answer would be yes.

Greenfoods is a natural food company from Sweden.
Is that what you are talking about OP?

I don't understand why the seller would look at Vero. Sellers don't need a 'licensing agreement' just because a brand is listed in the Vero information. Sellers just have to make sure that they are selling an authentic product and not violating any intellectual properties.

If a company is listed in VERO they can have your listings of their items yanked early and often. Enough violations and you can't sell anything at all, never mind their stuff. If a company is on that list, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not worth the grief.

Just don’t use the keyword “Soylent”.

There are some companies that will have a listing taken down simply because they don't want their product sold here however, that isn't what VERO is for and companies that do that are breaking the rules and are a small percentage of the total companies listed. To tell someone to avoid listing something that is on the VERO list just doesn't make sense as products from those companies are listed here every day without any problems.
