On second look, the legs on the bottom of the Aigner horseshoe logo seem
to have a little crossbar that’s missing on these, so best to see if
some else can identify.
Supposedly, Van Gogh sold only 1 painting during his lifetime, with a
price tag of 400 francs. Apparently, OP would feel it was “ unfair” for
anyone to sell that same painting today for anything more than 400
francs.
