Going to eBay Open.... Post your questions

I will be going to eBay Open next week.

I posted a while ago that if anyone want to  send me questions, suggestions , complaints, praises , etc I am more than willing to pass  them to the teams or /and  eBay staff members.

So lets hear them !!

As a former bartender for 23 years, all I can say is yuck...and yikes.  So many of those ingredient flavors don't work together.  At all.  But I can see how it would result in The Lost Weekend.  So if that's the goal, you picked the right stuff.

Rocket fuel would go down easier.

EDIT:  And to stay on topic, why are there hidden policies which can really damage sellers who do everything by the published policies?

I've heard about ebay open, but I always assumed it was free. I haven't seen anyone mention the fee before.

Regisration was $249

Lowered due to lack of interest, perhaps?

Gotta ask...where did you live, Newark, Paterson, Trenton?  Isn't like that out here in the NW corner, or in a lot of other places either.

I was born in Jersey City, but I also have relatives in Newark, Elizabeth, and Kearny.

Although actually a Brooklynite originally, the hospital I was born in was in Glen Ridge NJ, we lived in Bloomfield for a few years, my maternal grandparents lived in Clifton, and I have many fond childhood summer memories of Manasquan.

Why can't they add a simple filter to weed out sellers who are not REGISTERED in the United States?

Because that's not what they want. Just like with Search, they'll show you what THEY want you to see. Just like with GSP and "Free Shipping" and IPR, they'll opt you in if you resist and you WILL like it, ja?

With eBay, even when they claim something is "free", it usually isn't.

Well, I live in Las Vegas. At this time, we are having hot humid weather! We are in monsoon season. Today its going to be 105 with 24% humidity. Temp is suppose to go down to about 100 or under next week. Not sure about the humidity. Have fun in Vegas!

96 degrees here with 3-6 heavy storms a day.

The lightning is a bit much the last few days. Nothing works with this much

lightning and 98% humidity. Everything is green and slimy. It's paradise if you're a frog or a leech.

I feel like I'm in Plain of Jars.

Going to eBay Open.... Post your questions

1. What are they going to do about non payers?
2. What are they going to do about scam buyers?
3. Each country seller (Location address in that country) needs to sell only in their own country. If sellers want to buy from another country, they can seek them out. This would help USA sellers get more sales with out all the competition on the USA site. (suggestion for ebay)

Good one. I forgot about the hidden/secret policies issue.

BTW, the flavor is unique and chemical like, and it smells like Rubber Cement.

I spent my summers split between Seaside park, NJ, and South Hampton beach, NY.
