I just got a notice from Ebay that this item cannot be delivered and wouldn't be ship back to me. Now I'm out close to $150.00 and over $125.00 for the two other item I sold with the same problem, not being able to delivered

Makes no difference what Global program i used. Once a package can't be delivered. Ebay notify you that the package can't be delivered and the package will not be return to you. They refund the buyer within 72 hours and Ebay screw me out of all that money. This is the third time this incident happened

Every single time a package can't be delivered. Ebay notify you of this incident and also let you know the package is not going to be ship back to you. Within 72 hours they refund the buyer, and I'm out every single penny. in other words, I'm absolutely being screwed by Ebay

This is Exactly what I'm dealing with, which is a total nightmare. Once a package can't be delivered, the package would't be return to you and within 72 hours Ebay refund the buyer every single penny. This is what i get from Ebay being a Top Rated seller SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, every single penny was pulled from my checking account, this is the third time they did this to me. Ebay absolutely positively don't give a **bleep** how much money I lost

Why can't the record be delivered?

I think it may matter. The two different eBay shipping programs have different rules/protections. Neither one simply 'takes your money' for the reason you describe. Perhaps it would be helpful if you could post a screen shot of the message you are getting about not being able to deliver your package. Mark out any personal information. People are trying to help you. If your point was just to rant and complain and don't want help, that is OK, too.

What country was this going to? If it went through the Global Shipping Program and you sent it to Erlanger Kentucky did they give you a reason as to why it could not be delivered? You may want to look at the countries they could not deliver to and add those to your prohibited buyer/shipping restrictions in your listings.
I use the GSP all the time and have never had an item that could not be delivered but I had a pretty extensive list of countries that I will not sell to because of known issues with those countries.

"My wife is strongly advising me to stop shipping overseas "
I was married 36 years the first time. You already have the best advisor giving you the same advice we are writing.
Plus, you're only out the original cost of the vinyl plus any fees it may cost you. My vintage original albums I bought in the 1970's at Banana Records were $3.99. I pick up lots of a hundred classic rock albums for under $70 today.
How successful are sellers of large brittle thin vinyl discs in having their packages arrive unscathed? I have wanted to sell some of my Beatles albums for insane prices here but prefer to sell them in person.

I received the similar message this morning on an item going to Australia (I suspect Global shipping isn't able to ship there right now with the lock downs). Anyway at first I though I was out the money but after reading the message closer I noticed it says:
"Don’t worry! Your buyer will be notified and refunded automatically by eBay within 72 hours. You will retain the buyer’s original payment. At this time, the transaction is considered complete, and no further action is needed."
Hopefully this is true for you too...

Per another posting you had:
eBay has two International Programs:
GSP - Global Shipping Program (DDP Program - D&T Prepaid by Buyer)
eISD - eBay International Standard Delivery (DDU Program - D&T Paid on Delivery)
The responsibilities for these programs are different for the Seller.
You are opted into GSP and your only responsibility is to deliver the package to the GSP Hub in Erlanger, KY. Once it arrives, the Seller is not responsible for lost, damaged, undeliverable or restricted items.
Please send a message to ebayshippingteam@ebay.com with the items (tracking number, order number, claim numbers) that you lost money on and we can investigate.

Yes, that's OK- but a heads up from the OP would be nice so people don't spend their time trying to help only to get dumped on.

With regards to shipping to Australia this is a change from the announcement eBay released on 2 September and they have not redacted it yet.
