Getting screwed on Global shipping for the third time

I just got a notice from Ebay that this item cannot be delivered and wouldn't be ship back to me. Now I'm out close to $150.00 and over $125.00 for the two other item I sold with the same problem, not being able to delivered

Are you referring to the Global Shipping Program? Once the item reaches the Pitney Bowes hub, you're done. How are you out any money? Did eBay pull money from you, or did they refund the buyer themselves?

Ok.  You're the seller who ships to "many other countries".  You can change that.

And based on your prices for records I own  $400,000  in vinyl.  I would gladly sell them to you for 200K.  🙂

Thanks for reminding me why I stopped shipping overseas six years ago.  I knew it was the best decision.

Stop shipping overseas yourself.

I only use Global Shipping and I know buyers dont like the extra fees but it is the ONLY way the seller doesnt get the short end of the stick.

What do you mean it couldn't be delivered?

If it can't be shipped to the buyers country, you keep your payment and they'll refund the buyer.

It can't be delivered and they won't ship it back.  What are we missing?

There seems to be some confusion here.  eBay has two different programs for international shipping.  If eBay is indeed taking money from you for this (without some buyer dispute going on), it sounds rather unusual. 

Here are the two programs.  Both may include initial shipping to Erlanger, KY and the two are sometimes confused.  Which one did you use?

You are electing to be screwed by partcipating in the program.  A package that can be shipped one day can not be shipped the next as the country may close it's borders down for COVID.

Hmm some country's are being locked down on the shipping these days: also such media as you sell: some will be considered disruptive in some country and returned, or destroyed if found.

No real way to find which titles would be such for sure: a search may or may not tell you if such can happen with a title....

Trust me, Ebay is screwing me big time on this for the third time. Once a record can't be delivered, they refund the buyer within 72 hours and you are out every single penny
