So I have three cases out of 767 I chose for eBay to step in. I thought it would be more simple for seller and buyer, bad idea now I’m below standard. can appeal or fix my below standard level in anyway? Having promoted listings on I had more sales it’s definitely hurting.

If you have tracking that shows delivery at the address provided on Ebay, that's a whole different story.
You can contest those....

Oh I didn’t catch the OP saying this. @gmt_motors if any of those 3 defects was for this reason, buyer says didn’t receive but you have tracking that shows it got delivered, IMMEDIATELY contact eBay and request an appeal for these cases and give them the tracking numbers. They might say you originally lost because you failed to upload of provide tracking info to the case. Humbly apologize and say you didn’t know but now you do, and fact of the matter is that you have tracking that will invalidate the buyers claim. eBay SHOULD accept that, I’m not sure because I’ve always originally added tracking to the cases, and remove those defects as well as give you your money back.

@iamalwaysright Why would the seller refund anyone who files a case? If tracking shows delivered, add the tracking number to the case. No reason to refund if tracking shows delivery.
