GTC NO WAY OR OK

Here's your chance to voice your opinion. I'd appreciate it if before you describe why you dislike GTC you begin with NO WAY or if you're one of the very few who has no issue with it please start with OK. It just makes it easier to see what the percentage is.

GTC NO WAY OR OK

No Way

I have always used the 7 day listing. Most of my sales are impulse buys and are made on the day of listing and the day they end. I could have new listings every day and items ending every day. Since GTC started, my sales have dropped to nothing. If this is not changed, I will be forced to end my 19 years of selling on Ebay.

@cottage
"Technically, GTC listings "end" and then "auto renew"......but they DO have an end point. "

Good point, and might I add, the seller can very easily end listings at any given time and re-list if and when they choose, so the control is still within their hands, they just need to come at it from a different angle. It's not always easy to do - change.

The ability to ADAPT is a sign of intelligence.

The ability to adapt and the reasoning behind why you should adapt are two different things. In fact, uniformly adapting, without benefit or questioning, could be seen as the EXACT opposite of intelligence.

GTC NO WAY OR OK

I did not "uniformly adapt". I adapted years ago when I discovered that GTC is way easier. Way, way easier to use.
