After only selling for 4 months I am saying "Good Bye" to eBay and PayPal!!!
The worst selling experience ever-THERE IS NO SELLER PROTECTION!!!
What an absolute failure this venue/platform has been.
A BIG "THANK YOU" TO MY AWESOME CUSTOMERS!

You have received no negative feedback. And it looks like you've made some really great sales.
It's too bad you are giving in so soon.

I have to wonder if your customers were awesome why you needed seller protection.
I've been here for 17 years and can count the problems on one hand. Of course I stopped selling via auction many moons ago.

Another eBayer bites the dust, I count 5 so far this week alone. Good Luck to you.

What an absolute failure this venue/platform has been...I will strongly advise anyone considering ecommerce selling DO NOT use eBay or PayPal.
A BIG "THANK YOU" TO MY AWESOME CUSTOMERS!
Sad. I liked your variety of items. Sorry to see you go.

All it takes is one...One that I would not even consider a customer. The point is eBay favored a scammer who abused the SNAD. Although I have zero negative feedback and had steady and solid sales.
My funds from my PayPal account was seized without any clear evidence.
I cannot align my growing and sucessful business with eBay.
Crooked as a corkscrew.

SEE EBAY, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU AND YOUR PARENT COMPANY AUTOMATICLY REMOVE FUNDS FROM A PAYPAL ACCT WHEN A BUYER FILES A CLAIM.
The system is setup for a buyer to win and for a seller to lose. That simple.
TO ALL ON HERE.
If you have a issue with ebay-paypal. Call the customer service # and then get transferred back to the USA. Then tell them this from the get go.
PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCT AND SEND ME A FINAL BILL.
Also say this. Im going to AMAZON!
This works!
I had a buyer who lives in elpaso texas and he bought a $40.00 hot wheel. Well he speaks and reads no english. So he didnt see the cardboard had wrinkles and was not a dead mint. He filed a complaint and ebay-paypal it my acct for the funds.
Well i called the cs# and from the get go. CLOSE MY ACCT. And look at my record with ebay. SPOTLESS. 1000+ feedback no negative.
CS rep kept trying to explain ebay policy and i said what does everyone of all my listing say?
ALL MY ITEMS ARE AS-IS.
NO REFUNDS
NO RETURNS
So i went back to close my acct.
Rep transfers me 3 times
I get a lady in the USA and she finally agrees with me and side in my favour.
Now see what it took to get ebay to do what was right.
This is why EBAY so many sellers have said GOODBYE

Certainly can't argue with your decision.......but I would point out that you've had 77 sales in the time period shown in solds, and have 1 problem.... To say unilaterally Ebay is a crook, to me, is proven untrue by those stats.

Blaming ebay for one bad buyer is unfair.
I have had thieves at garage sales and flea markets.
I've heard of terrible experiences on Craigslist.
They are out there whereever you go.
With your great sales in a short amount of time you should just consider it a business loss.
I think there are more bad sellers than buyers.

It took you 4 months to figure that out?
Sellers are leaving in droves, especially small sellers.

Where I live, a lady was robbed a few days ago of $900 of stuff she was selling through OfferUp (similar to Craigslist). And no, OfferUp isn't refunding her stolen stuff.

This is like the third thread youve started over ONE return which you now say is your only return youve ever had? In one thread you were even talking about criminal charges that you were going to bring against your buyer who did something or other to you that you call theft.
You have spent most of Feburary having this fit and although you said that Paypal put a hold on your funds - which is ENTIRELY NORMAL for a dispute so that the buyer will get refunded if they go in his favor - you will get your money released again if they go in your favor and worse case is you have to refund once he returns the thing he bought. If its really a scam and you get back a box of rocks then that is a problem - but up to now I dont see that you have really told us anything about what exactly happened.
You might notice that your sales record is better than most. Someone has alreadly tried to tell you this. You would do better to just accept that sometimes youre going to have to deal with a return. If you can have 77 good sales like someone siad - and just 1 return - thats pretty good results.

I cannot align my growing and sucessful business with eBay.
Or with any other mail order site.
I understand your frustration, but from eBay's point of view, if there's a dispute over SNAD, one party or the other is going to complain about the outcome.
Good luck...
