Unfortunately a buyer is under no obligation to contact seller first.
Even if the seller works it out with the buyer and refunds him in full,
the buyer can still leave a negative. Buyers just don't want there to be
any issue with a transaction or the...
I know its just me but personally I don't like the fancy listings with
all the different fonts and colors. It's hard to read. I like listings
that just give the basic info needed with no glamour and no templates.
But that's just me.
