Unfortunately a buyer is under no obligation to contact seller first.
Even if the seller works it out with the buyer and refunds him in full,
the buyer can still leave a negative. Buyers just don't want there to be

OP, this is totally your fault. This seller actually has great feedback.
The one neg out of 4000+ was uncalled for and most of the neutrals
should have been positive.
