"I found it in my shipping perferences I don't want anymore negative feedbacks."
You will need to create NEW USPS Media rates in your shipping preferences, plus NEW USPS Ground Advantage rates to replace your now-obsolete USPS First Class rates.

I don't think I've used ground advantage before. I've heard a lot about ground advantage. I'll have to read more than change my shipping policies

USPS Ground Advantage replaced USPS First Class Packages on July 9, 2023. In some cases, it may be cheaper to use than USPS Priority.
Before July 9, eBay had already sent all sellers a memo regarding this change, and furthermore has told us that all of our USPS First Class package items MUST be changed to USPS Ground Advantage by September 30, 2023. It is not clear what will happen after September 30 to those items that remain unchanged, and eBay has not yet clearly told us.
You should definitely read ANY USPS updates provided by both eBay and USPS, if you seriously plan to consider selling on eBay.

I am going to that after I get back to work tomorrow. a year ago on the USPS website I first heard about ground advantage and they showed what their ground advantage packaging looks like.

First Class doesn't exist anymore for packages (it still exists for letters), you MUST use Ground Advantage, it replaced FC & Parcel Select as I said in the other thread. Or Media Mail for books. You won't be competitive using anything other than MM. Again, I reccomend,

You really need to learn the basics.
