Free listings disappearing

 eBay increased our free monthly listings to 200 from 50 previously? I usually have about 500 current listings & i Sold about 50 listings this month so far. I did the math and so far I've only listed maybe 60-70 items but for some reason I only have 14 free listings left. I noticed my free listings disappearing quickly last month too. I used all 200 last month but only actually physically listed maybe 80 items. This never happened until the increase. My question is do they use your free listings when your listings renew after 30 days? I just don't understand what's going on here. Once the free listings are used up I’m not charged any fees for the other couple hundred listings I still have that have renewed so I’m confused.

Yes, they do.

Your 200 free insertions can be used for new listings, or for relists, or when your  fixed price listings roll over each month.  Fixed price listings roll over every month on the same date that they were originally listed. So all of your current active listings that were put up on the 23rd or earlier of any month have had their September rollover and would have used up one of your September free insertions.

Free listings include the listing rollovers each month..........  so if you have 100 items from August automatically relisting..........you only have 100 free listings left........

If you are running 500 listings each month.......you are paying insertion fees for at least some of them.......better check your invoice.............
