Wondering why my listing doesn't indicate free shipping when I see it in the category listing..? The first attachment shows a screenshot of my listing's price. The second one is someone else's. All the other listings I see either have a price or mention free shipping. Mine doesn't. Is there a seller setting somewhere you have to revise to get that working?

Not promoted, just a standard listing.

Yes, @talkingwires 's listing does appear to be "sponsored".
You can't see it normally, because the word is white-on-white, but if you do a Ctrl-F search for the word "sponsored" and highlight all matches, then it shows up. [Virtually all listings show up as sponsored when I do this ... ]

@lacemaker3 did you catch he was talking about browsing category searches? I found a few absent shipping info....haven't had a chance to look at other categories........
@dhbookds, I looked at your search URL again, and I noticed that you were viewing all the listings in that category ... I had been doing a keyword search in that category when I couldn't replicate the results.
So I tried again, and replicated your search as exactly as I could. I'm not getting the exact same listings as you got (there have been more new listings since you ran it). But, I am seeing some listings that do not show the shipping cost ... so I was able to replicate what you saw. See my screenshot below.
I think my results and conclusions still stand, for a keyword search.
But apparently, if you are not using any keywords at all, then there may be different results. And, if you don't use any keywords, then the Ctrl-F search trick that I posted doesn't work. So perhaps in this kind of search, only the sponsored listing shows up, not the "organic" one that would show the shipping cost.
This no-keyword category-search doesn't have the duplicate listings of sponsored/promoted listings at the bottom, like they keyword search does. In the keyword search I tried first, those listings were definitely duplicated at the bottom as sponsored listings, where the shipping cost was not shown.
