I forgot what thread it was that I went off topic and @inhawaii mentioned he’s gotten negs removed that were item reviews only and I said I’d try it on a neg I had.
Anyway, so as expected I got declined. But look at the message. Does it state the reason why it for rejected? Am I missing something? Seriously, who writes and proofreads these eBay messages? The title of the message is “We've made a decision on your request”.

it's a generic reply from artificial intelligence.
Did you really expect someone to read your message nowadays.

that feedback removal was most likely before ebay seller customer service was eliminated

I think it’s intentional, lol. ebay just loves leaving sellers hanging and never providing any closure.

It's a dig at AI item descriptions which say every item is a must-have.
That said, you are not the first person to point out the email is missing a reason. I read a post like that a few weeks ago - if I can find it I will link to it.
I had a FB comment removed last week and mine didn't state the reason, either.
The other error is it said I can see the change on Seller Help. Well, Seller Help was deprecated circa Nov/Dec last year as functions were integrated into the regular help section so no, I cannot see the change on Seller Help. I clicked the blue button and all it did was take me to the help home page.
