Yesterday, I sold a bangle bracelet.  I asked a customer if she wanted another similar one and she did. I listed it.Ebay never showed the listing on my store. Hours went by, still no show of listing.I listed it again and again no show on Ebay. I could see in my email that I had the listing so I did a workaround and sent the customer the listing in a message. First no access, then she went to purchase it and was told she had to wait 10 days because she had just bought an item. I didn't have a block.. How could this be? I was able to send an offer so I reduced the price a couple bucks and sent the offer again and again, Ebay blocked the purchase with a different reason. I gave up.

How long do you think Ebay will continue to operate with these kinds of problems?

And change the customer service from bots because they can't address this kind of problem

First it can take up to 24 hours for a listing to index through the system 

Second you need to take a good look at your buyer requirements as you may have buyers blocked from making more than 1 purchase. Because eBay doesn’t block buyers from buying sellers do that.

So far I've never had a problem creating a listing and immediately sending the buyer the item number.  I don't even look to see if it had showed up anywhere.
