Why do Best Offers if you don't set a lowest offer you will accept.
Never did Best Offers just one fixed price - you are inviting low ball offers, simply had one fixed price + ship/handling - that was the mid point of the lowest and highest $$ that an item or similar item sold for on eBay or other site if not found on eBay. ( did disregard the lowest and very highest price that were sold..
