Does feedback revert back to 100%…?

I received my first neg which must be over one year ago now, yet I’m still sitting at 98%

I see you having 1 negative feedback in the last year. The negative feedback will auto delete after 365 days after receiving.

It shows the last neg was in the last 12 months. So, it will age off soon.

It's too late now, of course, but maybe a better reply would have been to remind the buyer of the MBG and that you would have been glad to make this right by accepting a return and refunding rather than dismissing the complaint as nonsense as if this could not possibly be the case.

And it's always good to keep in mind that even though the percentage will change, the O's reply to the feedback will be there for future buyers to read in perpetuity. 😕

I did offer the buyer full money back via a private message but he refused. That says it all.

According to Terapeak, you sold that item on Apr. 24, 2022, so it's less than a year.

The buyer could have left the feedback up to 60 days after the purchase. The feedback wil not be included when it is more than 365 days after it was left, so it will no longer be included sometime between Apr. 24 and Jun. 23, 2023.

As other have mentioned the neg will roll off after 1 year. Try to review this as a learning experience as we, all as sellers, have received a neutral or negative and , at the time, all we saw was that big red mark. In reviewing your feedback, you are doing a good job so move forward and keep up the good work!
