I've sold about 14 items or so  only received feedback for 5. Aren't buyers supposed to give feedback I have for 172 items I purchased

If I sell 14 items I only receive 1 or 2 feedbacks.

What's going on?

Well i guess I'm a dying breed I tell the cashier thanks have a nice hold the door open for women help old ladys across the street while holding her purse   I leave feedback for everything bought and sold on eBay. They can't leave honest feedback id  rather not sell anything to them. Only takes a few seconds go bleep yourself

This is an old thread so will be locked soon.  It is also an old argument over a voluntary action.  Feedback doesn't have the importance that it used to, so I give it practically zero thought.  I'm here to make money, so to express such anger over a voluntary action seems odd to me.

I realize this is necro-thread, but who doesn't say thank you to cashiers? Certainly not "most people."

I don't believe we have fallen that far as a society. Please and thank you are the bare minimum.
