What you are saying doesn't make sense.   You have to sell something to receive positive feedback.

You have to be selling or buying something to receive feedback.  You are not just awarded it for signing on to Ebay.  It is also NOT a requirement to leave as a buyer or a seller.  You haven't even been signed on even a month, so my thinking is you are not familiar with internet selling.  Check into this link:

This is a valuable and important tool that will teach you what you need to know to be a seller on ebay.  I suggest that you should enroll after you have set your account with Payoneer.  That way you'll have time to study while you wait to be approved.
