Has anyone else noticed that buyers are not giving feedback to sellers. I think buyer feedback has dropped off considerably. I get notices that as a seller I should send feedback, but I don't think I want to do that until the buyer sends feedback. Any thoughts?

It works both ways. I give feedback once they paid and I ship the items. I don't feel holding feedback on buyer makes any sense you can't give them a bad review anyway. So to what advantage as a seller do you think not giving a buyer who already paid for the item feedback would do? I get plenty of feedback because I give feedback first. I also include a card in mail out please leave 5 star feeback when received. That seems to help.

Yes, i've noticed.
I attribute it to ... buyers are getting busier/lazier.
Even after 20+ years I still love getting positive feedback.
But it doesn't bother me if I don't.

Yes, feedback has dropped off considerably. Many in the community like to point out that feedback is optional. Given the option to do something or do nothing, many choose to do nothing. My question to those who say feedback is useless is how do you choose a seller to buy from? I always review a seller's feedback before making a purchase. Returning an item is extremely rare for me and I like to believe that is because I have properly vetted the sellers ahead of time. As a buyer, I like to leave feedback to keep other buyers informed too.

Yeah I notice it, I always leave feedback to my buyers after i see they receive my item. The past few years I really noticed that people don't leave feedback like they use to.
