As a seller, I give feedback to the customer after the product is sold, but customers are not interested in giving the product feedback once it reaches them. What is the reason for that? What should we do as a seller to get feedback?

Because feedback is voluntary, neither the seller nor the buyer have to leave it.

It is not required for either the seller or the buyer to leave feedback. It is a choice to do so or not to do. Your shop looks very nice. Good luck.

Excellent point! To the OP: And do not ask for FB or remind your buyers about leaving it. That often leads to FB you don't want to see on your Feedback Profile.

I give all my customers who make a purchase feedback right away. I hardly ever give feedback when I make a purchase. The reason I don't give feedback is because ______________ fill in the blank. You can beg for feedback.

A lot of buyers don’t give it anymore. I guess you’d say it fell out of style.
Some don’t because they are unhappy with the purchase but don’t want to leave a negative.
Are you GIVING feedback? Some wait for the seller to go first.
