How to remove listings from "make offer" list

My "make offer" list has become ridiculously long being filled with items with no watchers or items being watched by one person from now till eternity.  Many items are already at rock bottom prices that simply can not go lower and thus will never be the subject of me making an offer lower than the current price..  I have yet to find a way to clean up this list.  Any suggestions other than to just keep to that ageless remedy for most things, grin and bear it?

You have 40 items that have Best Offer.

Select those 40 items and do a Bulk Edit to remove Best Offer option.

Save your changes.

Keep in mind that buyers can always send you an email with an offer.

I have not found a way to get the "make offer" go away on specific listings.

However, when I do consider, I use sort to view newest to oldest - I do not send offers typically on older listings, unless a bunch'o watchers.
