If you send a buyer a feedback revision request for a neutral they gave you, can they agree to the revision and end up giving you a negative?

I learned the hard way that they absolutely can! Even after I gave them the Item and a full refund!! The best part is, there's nothing you can do about it.......... Besides hope they find a short pier, during a long walk.

Neutral feedback is meaningless, just leave it alone. Don't poke the bear.
