I had a buyer who did not pay so I put in comments that they basically ignored item they bought, of course it's positive as you cannot leave negative feedback for buyers....fast forward, I relisted and they paid right away, any way I can remove my comment posted originally?

First, you shouldn't have left a false positive for your buyer. Doing that is against eBay terms and can get you slapped..
Buyer can request it to be removed- and eBay will remove it..
I don't know if a buyer can send you a FB revision request, I know sellers can send them but I would start there.

You will have to contact eBay and ask them to remove your comments. It is a policy violation to leave Negative comments so you may get your hand slapped. Did you cancel the transaction for non payment?

As others have said, you cannot leave 'false positive' feedback. Please don't do that again unless you want to risk being banned from ebay.
Secondly, I'd very wary of this buyer. Your false positive feedback may have ticked them off and now they are buying your widget just to open a case later and cost you more money, either by actually returning the item to you and making you pay return shipping and/or shipping back to you an empty box and keeping what you sold them for free.

Fits in rather well with the thread about sellers being able to leave negative feedback for buyers, doesn't it?

Just an FYI--the audience for that feedback comment is NOT other sellers. With the exception of auction listings or offers, sellers can't even see a buyer's feedback until AFTER said buyer has made a purchase; therefore, the only motivation for violating eBay's feedback policy is revenge or to punish--which is why the option to leave negative feedback was taken away from sellers in the first place. It seems to have been proven that eBay's decision was sound.
The majority of people looking at and learning from that feedback comment are FUTURE buyers who are checking a seller's feedback "Left for others" when trying to decide whether to purchase from a particular seller. There are buyers who flatly refuse to buy from a seller who is willing to violate eBay feedback policy by leaving a buyer negative comments in a positive rating.
There are buyers who wouldn't be too thrilled with the response to the neutral feedback, either. Most other sellers would discourage bugging a buyer to leave feedback, and the response was rather unprofessional, IMO. It might be better just to abandon leaving feedback for buyers altogether.
