Feedback Revision Request 5 Limit?

I see sellers are given 5 feedback revision requests on an "annual" basis. 

Can someone please confirm the exact calendar date when this amount is refilled? Is it on January 1? Date of account registration? Or some other date?

Knowing the exact date of refill will help sellers to better utilize and plan when to send Feedback Revision requests.

The 5 feedback revision requests is every calendar year. So January 1-December 31.

Yes, I've read that policy before posting and was left wondering the exact date of refill. Was seeking a further specification on the matter.
