Well having zero feedback, and your location of Pakistan will make a lot of buyer hesitate. In addition to having a no return policy. One thing you can do is reduce your price.

You've been selling for three months... not a very long time at all. 

You live in Pakistan (the other side of the world).

Boxing gloves are readily available here in the USA.

You are shipping the gloves via "first class letter"... which may / may be inhibiting the visibility of your listings.
