FedEx charges in excess refunded by eBay?

Due to a FedEx invoicing issue --- according to eBay -- we should be refunded the  excess charges we were charged last week on packages.  I only had one but had to pay another $11.33 -- has anyone been refunded the excess charged yet??

When you are, don't be surprised if it's just an account credit.

I have not been refunded yet. I had 7 of them for almost 90 bucks. The CS agent said it may take 14 days to see the refund....

Hope that doesn't happen.

I would think sellers would want a refund and not just an account credit going to future shipping orders.

eBay mentioned refunds(not sure what kind) in 3 to 5 business days.

SOOOOO glad I no longer purchase my shipping labels through eBay.

Its still going on I just got hit again for $45.00 more dollars on a package it said was only $32.00

I am out hundreds of dollars and yet to see any refund!! Ebay has made it so hard to talk to a real person about your problems.
