Resolved! USPS - 2x7 label not working - eBay Standard Envelope

Box is grayed out and says, "USPS only". Shipping Priority mail lets me use 2x7's just fine. I'm having to print 4x6. Sounds like it was a "bug" in the past, but what's the reason here? Is there a work around? Thanks in advance!

Item Recieved but not in eBay tracking
