I really don't see anything to complain about in the update, and you all know that if I'M not complaining, it can't be that bad.

Three things I noticed that might be of interest ...

Managed Payments

If you're on Managed Payments and the buyer also uses PayPal to make a purchase (an option that was added), will there be two Seller Transaction Fees (one to eBay and one to PayPal)?

Category Changes

eBay will automatically change your categories to the most appropriate updated ones.  Listing fees may increase or decrease based on the new listing category.

Return Policy

Starting Feb. 2020;  3, 7, 14, & 30 Day Returns will roll into one option only - 30 Day Returns.  There are limited category exclusions (including Collectables & Art, Cameras & Photo, and Medical & Mobility), which will still allow 14 day returns.

Misreading or failing to read all of it? 🙂

Respectfully speaking, the part I find interesting is where they specifically include 'ad rate' as a deciding factor on which ones they will they select to display.  It might, almost, leave one thinking that with a higher ad rate, the more likely the promoted item will be included in search.

"More likely"?

More like "Guaranteed".

Well, I wouldn't want anybody to think I was TOO cynical!  And, one should always be be respectful.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous
