I know this has already been posted, but wanted to let everyone know this has not been fixed.
I have about 100 GTC listings re-listing today and so far all of them, plus yesterday's and the day b4 have deleted photos.
So as slow as sales have been, be prepared for even slower sales. Who wants to buy something that has no photos?
Why are we paying for services not received?
Calling eBay right now!

I understand. My sales have dropped DRASTICALLY since all these changes went into effect. I lost my top rated plus because I can't/won't offer free returns. I sell books that cost on average $3.00. The cost to ship them is $2.66. If I offer 30 day free returns my store is going to be used as a lending library and it's going to cost me money to lend my books to people for 30 days. I can't do it. I have 100% positive feedback on over 3000 ratings, my on time shipment is 100%, my defect rate is 0%, ect, ect ,ect. But I can't keep top rated plus because I won't use my store to lose myself money. My frustration right now is through the roof. I ran the scan that the wonderful people on this forum sent me to and now I know I have 297 more listings that only have one picture. I thought I had taken care of this months ago. How am I supposed to work on new listings when I'm constantly fixing the listings they screwed up?

We have lost 13, 939 pictures among our listings. We just got this back from eBay: "eBay only guarantee’s to host the actual image in a listing up to 6 to 18 months seeing as how eBay isn’t a web hosting site, just merely offering the services. eBay does not have the capacity with holding onto that much information. Past this, there is no guarantee that the image will remain being supported. What happens is the site goes to update, and flushes out old information that is deemed no longer relevant. "
This is happening even to listings that have ongoing, more than once a week, sales. I guess something with 8 sales per month is stagnant. We have doubled the amount, in dollars, that we have on eBay i the last years, and our sales are down by 40%. And now we need to add back nearly 14,000 photos, and may need to do this every 6 months.

Are you saying you are still, recently, losing photos?

I have had things that I've relisted in the last few weeks that have had missing photos. Luckily I am low volume and I still have all the pictures on my computer so I was able to replace them as I relisted. None of my listings are GTC though, so I'm not sure what's happening. I just thought there was something wrong on my end, I hadn't seen this thread (or the others) before.
