Error msg after mistakenly marking items Paid

Hello, I mistakenly marked several items as Paid. After correcting it I try to sending an invoice receives the following error message: "

We can't process your request because buyer has already paid for this invoice, or the item is no longer available for checkout after 30 days since last created." Neither one of these is true. I have tried refreshing the browser but I am still not permitted to send an invoice.

The buyer knows that they have to pay.  If you send an invoice, it will actually reset the clock and give them 4 more days to pay.  See if you can email the buyer directly if and ask them to please take of this since you accidently marked it  paid and they did not pay.  Tell them to go to the PAY NOW button on the item that they won.  But I will tell you that there are 2 posts about a Paypal/ ebay glitch going on now and 2 buyers were not able to pay using paypal. 

 

The buyer has a red dot next to MY ebay telling him/her that they have to pay.  They also automatically got an email from ebay.

How did you correct it back after selecting it was paid?  I accidently clicked the payment received button also, but unable to change it back or invoice for it.

You should contact Ebay right away.  This could cause an issue for the buyer too when they try to pay, so you should see if you can get this fixed as soon as possible.

 

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
