Just got a neutral feedback from a buyer who couldn't figure out how to use her new light up backpack. I replied to her feedback with an offer of a refund. I then found a lengthy thread with information on how to get the light to turn on the first time. Is there a way to edit my reply to provide her with the info? I've sent two messages, but I'm not sure this person understands that messaging is even an option as she never contacted me about the issue to begin with.

Sellers cannot revise feedback left (only Buyers have that option). You can just send another message directly to customer and hope for the best.

You can't edit the feedback. You can try to appeal the feedback with Ebay and see if they will remove it by submitting an appeal. You do have 30 day returns and seller pays the shipping so the buyer had a chance to request a return.

I'm asking if there's a way to revise my reply, not my feedback or hers. As I stated in my original message I've sent two messages to the buyer. I just want to give her the info I found where she might actually see it since she doesn't appear to be aware there is a messaging option.
Anyway, it appears that it isn't possible. Thanks for your reply.
