Ebay, why only once a year?

It would help if they painted them with "Ebay.com". Smiley Wink

You should be happy it happens that often.

When i first started many moons ago  when we paid for every listing they did something once a year for us. We got a free listing day. Guess what day it was?  yep, Christmas day, it was the only day we got free listings all year.

I go to SF every 3 months. First time I see a bus painted with Ebay logo. I haven't seen anything over here in San Jose.

Does anybody from ebay LIVE in San Jose?  I thought they just worked there - sometimes.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

I was acquainted with some Ebay workers, the first ones to start with this company. Some or many of them got rich when their IPO started to roll. Last I heard from some of them, they left his area. They were kind of anticipating the onslaught of the housing mess and whatnot. I know one of them living in a country you wouldn't dare to live in.

I guess you are trying to talk about the housing prices over here. It is not a phenomenon related to Ebay only. You ought to visit what I call the "mothership" of Apple. Hundreds if not thousands of workers attending one place every day. Google? Facebook? Apple? All of them buying huge pieces of land for their offices.

Traffic is horrible over here. I actually quit a job with a financial institution because it took me 35 minutes to drive on the freeway to get to their offices. 8 miles, 35 minutes. Smiley Very Happy

Hmmmm, 8 miles, 35 minutes - that sounds like Monday-Friday traffic through Carpenteria - at the moment) with the lane expansion from 2 to 3, each way.  And, when they get done, it will be outdated.

No, not really interested in housing prices.  What with UCSB and such, where I live, the prices are at least comparable, or worse.  In this area, it is either exclusive or bedroom communities for LA - starting in the high 400s, the signs say (40 miles out and getting higher as one gets closer).

Lots of buses, but nothing painted like the ebay employee commuter bus.

Hey that's not bad!! When I lived in L.A I commuted 9 miles and had to leave a MINIMUM of an hour before I needed to be there. Traffic here in Minneapolis is still not that bad, but getting worse every year. And people are terrible drivers here.

JMO, but they should have kept it in the garage.  It looks so plain that it makes me sad, definitely not in the happy holiday shopping mood.
